Welcome to ED2012:
CLEAN UP WHERE YOU LIVE, WORK, & PLAY!
Congratulations on a great Earth Day 2012! Share your results by clicking here.
A new program of the California Coastal Commission, ED2012 invites all Californians to take part in an act of coastal stewardship by cleaning up a site of your choice - any location that is important to you, whether it's your neighborhood, favorite park, local beach, or even the space around your workplace. All water flows downhill, so any trash you clean up will be that much less trash that has the opportunity to become marine debris.

What: This Earth Day, Listen To Your Mother: Go Clean Up!
When: Earth Week: April 16-22
Where: Anywhere that you see litter - in your neighborhood, on the street, at your favorite park or beach
Why: Because taking care of the places we care about is the right thing to do. It only takes a little time to make a big difference, and together, our efforts can change the world!
How: You can organize your own cleanup at your favorite spot, or participate in one that's already planned. Once you find a place that needs a cleanup, get your friends together and get outside! We've prepared all the resources you need to get started in the ED2012 toolkit-link, available at: http://www.earthdaycleanup.org/how
